It’s time for our quarterly clean up in preparation for spring and summer. On Saturday 3rd September we hope you will be able to help from 8.30am with a little light dusting and cleaning. There is also need for three volunteers to work in the Asher Hall kitchen, cleaning and defrosting the fridges, plus cleaning out the ovens. MONDAY WARRIORS

For a number of years the Parish has been blessed with a small group of Parishioners who have met on a weekly basis to attend to small maintenance jobs around the Parish as well as keeping the gardens & grounds, particularly around Asher Hall, tidy and well presented,.

Regrettably due to age & illness the numbers in this group have now dwindled to a point that we are in danger of losing the group and the wonderful service that they provide. We are desperately in need of some new volunteers who can give a couple of hours of their time on a weekly/ fortnightly/monthly basis to ensure that we have a willing team who can continue this work. The camaraderie of the group is fantastic, morning tea is provided each week and it is a great opportunity for individuals to serve the Parish and enjoy the fellowship of others in a quiet and meaningful way.
