Peter will also be attending the Presbytery meeting at Tamatea Community Church on the evening of Thursday 19th. He will be running a workshop called “How to grow People”. All parishioners are welcome to attend. The workshop runs from 7 pm to 9 pm. This is a great opportunity to meet with other people in the Presbytery and to reflect together on our mission.

News about PSEC’s Enliven and the Napier Foodbank

Enliven – a group under the auspices of PSEC are now using our facilities Thursday’s and Friday’s for their day programme. If any member of the Parish is interested in providing help over the lunch time on a Thursday, would you please let Brenda (845 0641) know.

Napier Foodbank has had a busy start to the year. They are currently short of canned vegetables, fish and spaghetti, biscuits and weetbix. They would also be interested is hearing from anyone who would be willing to make jam for them as they have been given strawberries. Sugar and jars can be supplied, they just need your jam making skills. If you are able to help please phone Sue on 844 5951. Thank you.
