We have been working through all the feedback, submissions, conversations and expert advice to develop a report with recommendations which will be presented to a combined meeting of Elders and Board of Managers this coming Tuesday evening (22nd May) at 7 p.m. After this group has considered the report we expect to report back to the congregation with our findings.
Although the box for the landscaping survey forms has been very full there’s still loads of space for you to put your completed form. If you didn’t bring it today please just drop it into the church office during the week or give it to one of the group members by Friday. Our next step is to sift through all the responses, ideas, comments, observations, views and remarks but we won’t be parking, fencing off, felling or pruning any of the feedback, rather we’ll make good use of it all.

The Landscaping Project Group had a discussion meeting with parishioners about the concept the parish has been presented with. This was on Thursday 8th December at 2pm and again at 7pm. We met in the lounge and talked about how we might transform our church environment.
