<p><strong>FREE PIPE BAND DISPLAY</strong> Waitangi Day at Anderson Park 4pm at southern end (near New World Supermarket) Waitangi Day display by the Drones &#038; Sticks Pipe Band.  No charge, $2 raffles, free parking, free toilets.</p>
<p><strong>Napier Foodbank </strong>has had a busy start to the year.  They are currently short of canned vegetables, fish and spaghetti, biscuits and weetbix.  They would also be interested is hearing from anyone who would be willing to make jam for them as they have been given strawberries.  Sugar and jars can be supplied, they just need your jam making skills.  If you are able to help please phone Sue on 844 5951.  Thank you.</p>

The Society is looking for someone with a real heart for mission to deliver Bibles to remote communities in Australia’s Outback.  Full details are on the notice board.</p>

<p><strong>NZ Secondary Students Choir</strong><br />
The choir will present a concert as the culmination of their week’s rehearsals in Hawkes Bay.  These talented young people will sing at the Cathedral on Saturday 28th January at 7.30pm.  Ticket prices are $20 adults, $15 seniors, $10 students.  Brochures in the foyer give details of how to reserve seats.</p>

<li>As a singer in the choir for the day – rehearsals begin on Friday 20th January at 1.30pm  All are welcome!  The final rehearsal is on Sunday 29th at 9.30am.  If you cannot make earlier practices and would like the music, please get in touch with Dorothy Finlayson or Sally Carter.</li>
<li>As a photographer for a slide presentation.  The theme is ‘Our Wetlands, Our Treasure”.  Please send digital images to stpaulsnapier@gmail.com (around 100kb will make it easier for us!)</li>
<li>As a baker for morning tea – pikelets, scones, buttered loaves, sandwiches etc.  More details later</li>
<li>And of course as gracious and welcoming hosts to our visitors from the other parishes and from the city.  </li>
